Separate facts from guesses
Identify what you actually know: a phone number, email address, name or profile URL. Do not add an assumed birth date just to fill a field. Use the dedicated form when your information is incomplete.
Choose one input type
A phone number, Telegram username and numeric ID are different inputs. Copy the relevant value without commentary and follow the current menu example. Check similar-looking characters and accidental spaces.
Keep the result in context
Compare the returned record with the original query. Note which fields match and which are missing. One match is not enough for an important decision; the information needs independent verification.
